Introductory meditation classes

These classes are held in the Meditation Room on the Ground Floor of the Education Building, at the Myers Park Baptist Church.

To reach the Meditation Room take the elevator on the right of the entrance hall down to the ground floor. Turn right on leaving the elevator, and find the Meditation Room at the end of the corridor.

Foundation Program

Foundation Program classes are held in the Meditation Room of Vajradhara Buddhist Center located at 4601 Addison Drive, (off N Sharon Amity, near Randolph) Charlotte, 28211. see map
