
General Program of Meditation Classes
The General Program is a drop in class for everyone from complete beginner to experienced meditator.
Each class begins with a simple but relaxing meditation. Then there is a talk by the teacher on an aspect of Buddhist view that will help you find your own inner peace. There is time for questions and discussion, and the class concludes with a meditation based on the teaching, and advice on how to take the teaching into your daily life.

You can learn to meditate at the drop-in classes (General Program) organized by Vajradhara Buddhist Center, experiencing for yourself the calmness and joy that comes from meditation practice.
