What is real happiness? Real happiness is happiness that comes from a peaceful mind. Through training we can develop and maintain a peaceful mind all the time, so that we will be happy all the time. Real happiness comes from wisdom, which comes from listening to, understanding and meditating on pure spiritual teachings. There are many levels of real happiness. Of these the supreme is the happiness of enlightenment.

These classes will introduce meditations on the Mahayana Buddhist path to enlightenment. Through practicing these meditations, our mind will become more and more peaceful, so that we will experience deeper and deeper levels of real happiness.
