“The more we control our mind, the more our inner peace increases and the happier we become.”
-Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
These meditation classes are ideally designed and taught for beginners to meditation. Meditation is training the mind to be peaceful regardless of what happens. We teach a variety of meditation objects so you can build a collection of tools for keeping your mind peaceful. We explain why meditation works, teach you how to meditate, and lead you through guided meditations.
The class is divided into 3 sessions. Come to one or all; starting at the first class is not mandatory. Feel free to start anytime. There are no commitments.
Wednesday evenings at 7:00 – 8:15 PM
