There is widespread understanding that if you meditate regularly you can make your mind peaceful, become less reactive and cope better with the ups and downs of daily living. What is less well recognized is that with meditation you can free your mind from the bad mental habits such as anger; attachment, and jealousy that are the cause of so many personal problems and torments. By freeing yourself from these delusions you will find your own authentic and lasting inner happiness and peace.
In this meditation workshop Gen Tilopa guide you in simple meditations that are easy to practice anywhere. You will also receive explanation and practice on how to prepare your mind for meditation; you will be guided in meditations to improve your concentration and to help you achieve your own inner peace; and by learning how to meditate on love, compassion, and wisdom, you will be enabled to help others find their inner peace.
