Meditations for Enlightenment
Lamrim refers to the practice of all Buddhist teachings, the Dharma, in the special presentation, by the 11th Century Indian scholar, meditator, and teacher Atisha. This Lamrim has come down to us today through an unbroken lineage to our internationally renowned teacher, master, author, and founder of the New Kadampa Tradition, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
We now have the good fortune to have explanations of, and commentary on all Buddhist teachings for today’s busy lifestyles in a presentation that is easy to understand and put into practice. The 21 Lamrim meditations of the complete path to enlightenment are contained in the text “The New Meditation Handbook”, and an extensive commentary on them in “The Joyful Path of Good Fortune, the Complete Buddhist Path to Enlightenment”. Both of these texts are available from our bookstore and from Tharpa Publications.
KMC North Carolina is delighted that Gen Kelsang Tilopa will present the 21 meditations of Lamrim, the complete path to enlightenment in an 11 week series with two meditations each week. Each guided meditation session will last for approximately 30 minutes and will be available throughout 7 days for you to access as often as you wish and whenever you wish during that period.
Engaging with this meditation series will change your life forever, and guide you to discover the joy of what it really means to be a human being.
The meditations will become available on Mondays and Thursdays, beginning Monday, Feb 8, finishing Sunday, April 25.
The meditations are available as a complete series only, at a special price for the series of $60.
