2/13 Finding True Happiness in Relationships (1 week)
We have countless relationships with other people, and not just humans. Some of our relationships bring joy and happiness; others, sadness and misery; and yet others indifference. The reason some relationships fail is that we cherish ourself more than we cherish others, so that even our love for our closest friends is mixed with concerns for our own welfare. If we can learn to reduce and eventually eliminate our self concern then we can find authentic joy and happiness in all our relationships and bring that same joy to everyone else.
2/20 Becoming the Best You Can Be (1 week)
The best you can be is to be able to benefit everyone who appears in your life. To accomplish this you need to free your mind from mistaken ways of thinking and instead train in the altruism of love, compassion and wisdom. To accomplish this all you need to do is set your intention and engage in the mental training of those countless individuals who have done this for the past 2500 years.
