A drop-in class of guided meditation and Buddhist view for everyone
This class is intended to reveal the causes of unhappiness, stress, anger, uncontrolled desire, and show how to overcome these human problems and find real happiness and peace instead. Each class will give practical experience of meditation and Buddhist teaching that can be applied in daily life to improve your state of mind and find real happiness and peace.
You will discover how negative states of mind arise and how by using meditation and Buddhist wisdom you can eliminate them.
Each class includes guided meditation, teachings on Buddhist thought, and discussion. Since these Drop-In classes are designed both as a monthly series and as stand-alone classes, you are welcome to attend every week or any time. Each month has a different theme. No prior experience or commitment is required. If you are live streaming the class however it is necessary to register by following the instructions below.
