The Power of Positive Thinking: Understanding Your Mind
It is easy to see when we are in a good mood how we enjoy life, people, and whatever comes our way. On the other hand when we are having a bad day even small things can make us feel very upset. this shows that happiness depends upon whether our mind is positive or not.
In this day we will explore simple methods to create a positive mind in the situations we normally find ourself in daily life. Buddha taught that when we learn to keep a positive mind all the time, we will experience true happiness, the happiness of inner peace. This happiness cannot disappear when our external conditions change. through meditation and thinking wisely we can learn to create and keep a peaceful mind anytime.
